   From the fan installation to rewiring the Beef Barns for additional power.  The CMSFHF Livestock Committee is already to make any needed improvements to the facility on an annual basis. Cost: $38,500

With fairtime temperatures reaching well over 100 degrees daily, keeping both livestock and fairgoers cool has been a long time struggle for fair management.  The addition of 15 Port-O Cools and installation of large fans has offered a cooling solution. Cost: $61,693

   A structure was built over the existing Ag Park to become new fairtime livestock show rings and house additional portable horse stalls during the interim period.  This building has aided in a financial windfall of stall revenue in the interim.  Also, it has enhanced the Equestrian Center assets for interested horse events. Cost: $750,000

   The skybox was a joint project with the fair that combine the Revenue Generating Program award of $200,000 and sale of seats on the deck for the annual concert series.  This structure also included two new concession stands and home for the “Voice of the Fair” located on the midway deck. Cost: $453,774  

With the many on-going improvements to the equestrian facilities, the CMSF has become a national recognized premier venue.  Now referred to in the interim as the Paso Robles Event Center, people travel nation-wide to partake in events and enjoy the facilities. Cost: $490,000

The additional land purchased by the CMSFHF created a much needed parking lot expansion.  The “Oak Tree Lot” as it is currently known, is home to all VIP reserved parking. Cost: $150,000
